C & V Wedding Snapshot | The Foundry at Puritan Mill

Square

The Foundry at Puritan Mill is a great wedding venue. It’s big and spacious – and can accommodate in the area of 300+ people or more. So… for large weddings – it’s kind of perfect. Of course that does depend on the aesthetic that you’re going for. It’s definitely a more industrial warehouse kind of feel. But that’s not bad – because it also lends itself very well to being decorated however you’d like to decorate it. With any style. Any decor as long as you’re willing to have it brought in (and pay to have it brought in!)

You know – different from renting out a hotel ballroom. You won’t have carpeted foldaway walls or sometimes cheesy chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, with strangely patterned carpeting everywhere you can see. (Seriously – what’s with so many hotel carpet patterns? Okay I get it – they need to be busy enough so that you can’t see stains or dirt so easily. But stillllll.)

The Foundry at Puritan Mill is a busy place. Of course it is – I think they have a wedding there nearly every Saturday of the year – and definitely during wedding season (when IS wedding season these days anyways? In Georgia it’s pretty much early spring to early winter – and even then we have a lot of winter weddings soooo….) Seriously though – if you’re an Atlanta wedding photographer then you’ve probably photographed a wedding there. And the wedding you photographed was probably pretty amazing!

Like this one with Carrie & Vikas! So much love and family and friends and everything you could want at your wedding. It was a blended ceremony and they had their a good number of their closest friends in their wedding party. So much love throughout the day – and these two were AMAZING. So calm and happy and relaxed the entire time. Talk about not letting the stress of the day get to you – these two absolutely had a blast on their wedding day – and it shows in their photos. You can tell during their portrait session with their wedding party, and when it was just the two of them – that they were having so much fun and seemed like nothing could ruin their day.

Basically – when you book the Foundry at Puritan Mill for your wedding – get ready to party. Get ready to have a great time with all of your friends and family – and get ready to have one of the most amazing days/nights of your life. Because that’s what you should plan on having. Did I mention that you should probably hire a great Atlanta wedding photographer? Did I also mention that we’d love to be your Atlanta wedding photographer? Ha. You knew it was coming. See… we’ve been full time wedding photographers for over a decade – so we’ve seen nearly everything out there. All kinds of weddings, all kinds of crazy, and all kinds of amazing.

So yeah – if you’re having your wedding at the Foundry at Puritan Mill or anywhere else for that matter – we’d love it if you considered us for your wedding photography.
