While everyone else seems to be ‘specializing’ in different types of photography – we’re photographing everything. This isn’t by accident, and it’s not simply because we want the work. It’s because we really love photographing people. We love the challenge that each subject and each style present.
If you’ve looked at our work, you know that we approach every session differently. We aim for original photos and we definitely try not to repeat the same poses over and over again.
We know there are many other photographers you may be considering. We ask that when you look at their portfolios, pay attention to how often they repeat the same poses or looks between sessions. Do they use the same props? The same vintage chair in the middle of a field? Do all of the kids in their photos stand the same way or is every photo essentially the same pose with a different background?
It’s not about posing in front of a cool backdrop, or having a cool stance, or even the latest editing tricks. Each person we photograph is unique, and we want our photos to capture your authentic nature, rather than some artificial image. We simply aim to create beautiful and honest photography.
