Hey guys,
I am the newest intern! Even though I may be a month or so behind, I am more than excited to be a part of the group and learn the ropes as fast as I can.
So, a little bit about myself. I am currently a sophomore at Savannah College of Art and Design at the Savannah Campus for photography, and I love every minute of it. I really do feel as though I’m getting the best education possible there. Photography is my passion, and it has been since the beginning of high school. I love the idea and action of capturing a specific moment in time and being able to portray the emotions and meaning behind it.
Along with photography, I am a theatre junky, and I love to act. I also love creating any kind of art. I think it is so important to have art in your life as an outlet for your creativity and emotions. Since we’re talking about things I love, I also love music, coffee, nature, long walks, dogs (my cocker spaniel in particular), good food, shopping, movies, sports, taking risks, going on adventures, and basically anything else that would be fun. My family, my friends, and my boyfriend are my backbone and I would be nothing without them. God is also an important part of my life, and I thank him for everything that I have in my life today.
I am excited and ready to learn through this internship with Leah and Mark! I know this is going to be an amazing experience, and am excited to expand my knowledge about photography and have fun while I’m at it!
