One thing I love about being a photographer is each day is so vastly different from the next. Two days before this wedding I had no idea that I would be shooting it. Alumni intern Gabriel messaged me and asked me if I was free because he had a surprise wedding pop up and needed a second shooter. I jumped at the opportunity and I’m so glad I did.
Linden and Rob are two of the kindest and most genuinely happy people I’ve met. I’ve never seen a couple smile as much as they did on their wedding day. You could tell that they were both extremely excited to spend the rest of their lives with each other.
The details at a wedding can tell you a lot about a couple. Linden and Rob’s detailed showed just how important family is to them. From the family photos that lined the reception hall to the table décor personal touches were everywhere. Each centerpiece was a teapot from a family member. Linden’s bouquet was adorned with broaches that belonged to her aunts.
I really loved the father/daughter and mother/son dances. They invited all of the fathers and daughters and mothers and sons to join them on the dance floor.
Linden and Rob thank you for allowing me to be a part of your wedding. You. Are. Awesome.
