i’m bummed we didn’t go to the yelp event. sorry if it made y’all look bad or something. feeling way to self conscious to meet a bunch of new people. i’m only good with meeting new people on my own terms, i think it’s a horrible control issue thing…

Yeah, I RSVP’ed that I would go, and then the day came, and you know, the older I get the harder it is for me to get out and meet a group of strangers. I used to go out all the time, but I’ve become so sedentary and set in my ways. I thought I wasn’t having a good day physically, looked kind of tired and all, and I was going to wear my usual jeans and a t-shirt, but I think I would have been way under-dressed, and the food, the cheese-y stuff, yeah, I’m vegan now, so I’d starve, and etc. I am super good at talking myself out of going out.

But today, conversely, I got up early and went to the Peachtree Road Farmers Market – you guys should try it some Saturday – it’s very cool! And… I saw “Wall-E” – I hadn’t been to the movies in forever. Matinées are cheap, and it’s a fantastic film!

(I reserve the right to RSVP in the affirmative for a future event, and actually show up to meet you and Leah, if no one else)

Yay for the weekend! I’m bacheloretting’ it on Saturday night. Mr. Yogagirl going to overnight with his old roommate 65 miles away. Its good to do that sometimes. : )
