My friend produced prunes, soaked in brandy and wrapped in bacon, from the oven. She called then 'Devils on Horseback' (she's English. They have funny names for such things). So I did a bit of wiki-research and found out that scallops wrapped in bacon are called 'Angels on Horseback', while prunes wrapped in bacon are called 'Devils on Horseback'.
